These Sweepstakes Rules (“Sweeps Rules” or “Rules”) govern and regulate the Sponsor’s promotion of free sweepstakes entries, referred to as “Sweepstake Coins”, offered through the Platform. These Rules apply to the acquisition, use, and exchange of Sweepstake Coins for participation in sweepstakes contests and promotional activities available on the Platform, as further described herein. By engaging with the Website and Platform, Participants agree to adhere to these Rules in addition to the Legal Documentation.

These Rules must be understood alongside the Website’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Responsible Social Gaming Policy, and any other pertinent documents relating to your use of the Website (the “Legal Documentation” or “Documentation”). Any terms defined within the Documentation and not explicitly defined in the Rules shall have the meaning provided to it in the Documentation. Introduction

The Sponsor provides Users with access to various Games, which are offered free of charge and are strictly intended for recreational and entertainment purposes. These Games utilize an in-game currency known as “Gold Coins”. In connection with promotions on the Platform, the Sponsor may allocate “Sweepstake Coins” to Users. Sweepstake Coins, subject to the conditions set forth in these Rules and the relevant Legal Documentation, may be redeemed for actual cash prizes, as detailed herein.

The Sponsor operates a free-to-play social gaming platform (the 'Platform'), which offers Games designed exclusively for entertainment and recreational purposes. The Games provided by the Platform consist of online casino-themed games of different styles, including Virtual Slot machines, Table Games, Card games, Scratch Cards, and others. The Games are played with virtual coins carrying no monetary value. Participants have the ability to specify the type of virtual coins used prior to the start of the Games, which determines the variation of games playable. The Platform's primary business is the operation of this free-to-play social gaming platform through the provision of Gold Coin Games. Sweepstake Coins and Promotions are offered to promote this primary business and to attract sales of Gold Coins in order to further player participation in Gold Coin Games; no purchase is necessary to obtain Sweepstake Coins or to participate in any Promotion.The Sponsor does not involve or offer real-money gaming, gambling services, or wagering activities. The Games available on the Platform are not intended for use in connection with any form of gambling, and no Games, associated content, or outcomes derived from the operation of such Games on the Website may be utilized for gambling, wagering, or any other illegal or prohibited activity. Participants agree to refrain from engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or the intended use of the Platform.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY GAMES OR PROMOTIONS ON THE PLATFORM. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, THE ACQUISITION OF SWEEPSTAKE COINS DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY PURCHASE OR PAYMENT. FURTHERMORE, THE PURCHASE OR ACQUISITION OF GOLD COINS WILL NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF OBTAINING SWEEPSTAKE COINS OR WINNING IN ANY ASSOCIATED SWEEPSTAKES OR PROMOTIONS. ALL PARTICIPANTS HAVE EQUAL, RANDOM CHANCES TO WIN, REGARDLESS OF ANY MONETARY TRANSACTIONS OR IN-GAME PURCHASES. PARTICIPATION IN ALL GAMES AND PROMOTIONS IS OPEN TO ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS, AND NO TRANSACTION IS NECESSARY TO ENGAGE OR TO WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

By entering any Promotion on the Platform, you acknowledge and expressly agree to be bound by these Rules and any other relevant Documentation governing your participation and use of the Platform. If you do not agree to or wish to be bound by these Rules and/or the associated Documentation, your sole recourse is to refrain from participating in the Promotion and to discontinue your use of the Platform.

You further agree and acknowledge that any disputes arising out of or in connection with your participation in a Promotion shall be governed by the provisions set forth in these Rules, as well as the Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions, and such disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanisms provided therein.

DEFINITIONS

“Account” refers to a personal account of an individual User registered with us created on the Website.
“Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person to whom the e-mail address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Each Account may only be used by the Authorized Account Holder personally, and e-mail sharing or the use of shared e-mail addresses for Account registration is strictly prohibited.
“Device” means a smartphone, a tablet, a laptop, a computer or another similar mobile device that You either own or otherwise legally control for Your personal non-commercial use.
“Eligible Participant” or "Participant" refers to a User meeting the prerequisites outlined in the Rules and/or other Documentation acquiring Gold Coins, engaging in Promotions using Sweepstake Coins, and/or redeeming Sweepstake Coins.
“Excluded Jurisdictions” or “Prohibited Jurisdictions” denotes a geographic location where Users are not permitted to access the Website, including but not limited to, the States of (1) Arizona; (2) California; (3) Connecticut; (4) Delaware; (5) Idaho; (6) Louisiana; (7) Michigan; (8) Mississippi; (9) Montana; (10) Nevada; (11) New Jersey; (12) New York; (13) Washington; (14) Maryland; (15) Minnesota; (16) Tennessee; (17) West Virginia; (18) Washington D.C.; (19) Indiana; and (20) Maine. The Sponsor may, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, add any jurisdiction (including any U.S. state, territory, county, municipality, or other governmental subdivision) to the list of Excluded Jurisdictions, or otherwise withdraw the Platform, any Promotion, or any Service or feature from any jurisdiction, in accordance with the Section entitled “Jurisdictional Withdrawal and Account Wind-Down.” The list of Excluded Jurisdictions list is maintained in the Legal Documentation as amended from time to time.
“Game(s)” represents any game offered through the Platform.
“Gold Coins” represents the virtual social in-game currency utilized to play Gold Coin Games that cannot under any circumstance be redeemed for Prizes as further defined in the Rules. Gold Coins are freely provided Users in numerous ways, including, but not limited to, upon:

registering an Account,
logging on to the Website and receiving a specified free daily allotment, in such amount and on such schedule as the Sponsor may determine from time to time in its sole discretion,
winning and/or participating in Gold Coin Games, and
through other means used to encourage participation on the Website.

Gold Coins may also be obtained with the purchase of Gold Coin Packages. Gold Coins may only be used in accordance with these Rules and the Website’s Terms and Conditions, are provided solely for the purpose of participating in Gold Coin Games, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for Prizes, cash, or any other form of currency. All the purchases of Gold Coins are final and no refunds will be given.

“Gold Coin Games” means any game played with Gold Coins. Gold Coin Games are provided for entertainment purposes only. You cannot win Prizes from participating in Gold Coin Games. Players are not eligible to receive Sweepstake Coins as a result of participating in Gold Coin Games.
“Sweepstake Coins” represents the virtual social promotional in-game currency as further defined in the Rules.
“Legal Documentation” or “Documentation” collectively refers to the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, these Sweepstakes Rules (“Rules”), and any other documents, policies, guidelines, or notices made available by Sponsor that govern or relate to your access to and use of the Website, the Sponsor, the Games, or the Services, each as may be amended, supplemented, or updated from time to time.
“Payment Provider” refers to any third party, including but not limited to financial institutions, payment processors, or other entities, retained or authorized by the Sponsor to facilitate, process, or accept payments or transactions from any Participant in connection with the Website or Services.
“Permitted Jurisdictions” means those geographic areas in which the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, permits access to and use of the Services from time to time, including, as applicable, those U.S. jurisdictions not listed as Excluded Jurisdictions. Permitted Jurisdictions are subject to change at any time based on the Sponsor’s compliance determinations and risk assessments, including in light of applicable law, regulatory guidance, enforcement activity, and operational considerations. Current information regarding Permitted Jurisdictions is set out in these Terms and Conditions and/or other applicable Legal Documentation, and the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or restrict Permitted Jurisdictions at any time without notice.
“Platform” means the free-to-play social gaming platform operated by the Sponsor, accessible through the Website and any associated mobile applications, through which Games, Promotions, and Services are offered to Users.
“Prize(s)” means Sweepstake Coins eligible for redemption by a Participant in accordance with these Rules and/or the Legal Documentation.
“Promotion” means any of our promotions enabling Participants to use and obtain Sweepstake Coins eligible for redemptions as Prizes in accordance with these Rules. Apple Inc. and Google, LLC are not sponsors of, or affiliated with, or responsible for the Sweepstakes, the Platform, or any associated promotion in any manner.
"Service" refers to any services available through the Website or mobile applications.
“Sponsor” or “Promoter” means Sky Outlet LLC, 30 N Gould St Suite 24041, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, is the sole Sponsor or the Promoter of the Sweepstakes. Payment Providers are not Sponsors or Promoters. Apple Inc. and Google, LLC are not Sponsors or Promoters of the Sweepstakes and are not affiliated with, do not endorse, and are not responsible for this promotion or the Platform in any manner.
“Sweepstakes” means the promotional sweepstakes program operated by the Sponsor through the Platform, as governed by these Rules, in which Participants may obtain and use Sweepstake Coins for a chance to win Prizes.
"USD" means an abbreviation for United States dollars.
"User" represents an individual using the Service via the Website.
“Website” means the website available at https://playsiesta.com/, including all associated domains, subdomains, and any related content, features, mobile abblications or services provided through or in connection with it.
“You” means an individual using the Website.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sponsor’s Sweepstake Promotions are exclusively open to the Eligible Participants.
To be considered as an Eligible Participant, a Participant must be:

at least 21 (twenty one) years old at time of entry into the Promotion;
a legal resident of the Permitted Jurisdiction;
and be verified eligible in accordance with these Rules and the Website’s Terms and Conditions;
verified through the Sponsor’s Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) verification procedures, as may be required by the Sponsor from time to time in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;

PARTICIPATION IN A PROMOTION IF YOU ARE NOT AN ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT IS VOID, INCLUDING IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE SUCH PARTICIPATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

PARTICIPANTS LOCATED IN, OR WHO ARE RESIDENTS OF, ANY EXCLUDED JURISDICTION ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY PROMOTION OR TO REDEEM ANY SWEEPSTAKE COINS. ANY PARTICIPATION OR ATTEMPTED PARTICIPATION FROM AN EXCLUDED JURISDICTION SHALL BE VOID.

The Promotions are subject to, and shall be construed in accordance with, all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Each Participant bears sole responsibility for ascertaining the legality of their participation in the Promotions within the jurisdiction from which the Service is accessed or utilized.
Participation in any Promotion constitutes the Participant’s full, irrevocable, and unconditional acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, these Rules, the Documentation, and any determinations, decisions, or interpretations issued by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All such determinations, decisions, and interpretations shall be final, conclusive, and binding in all matters relating to any Promotion.
In order to claim a Prize, a Participant must strictly comply with and satisfy all eligibility criteria, procedural requirements, and all conditions set forth in these Rules and the Documentation.
Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or holding companies, advertising or promotional agencies, and any other individuals or entities involved in the conception, design, administration, execution, or distribution of the Promotions, together with their immediate family members and persons residing in the same household, are ineligible to participate in any Promotion, except where participation is required solely for testing, development, or support purposes. Former employees shall remain ineligible to participate until the expiration of three (3) years following the termination of their employment. Any Prizes obtained in connection with testing or development activities shall be deemed void and are not eligible for Prize redemption.

PARTICIPATION

To participate in any Promotion, Participants must maintain an active Account with us. Accounts may be created free of charge. Participants are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions, the Documentation, and all other applicable legal materials prior to registering an Account to ensure that the Account is established in full compliance with all requirements. Failure to adhere to such requirements may result in limitations on Account functionality, disqualification from Promotions, or other consequences as set forth therein.
No Consideration for Sweepstakes Entries. Gold Coins may be purchased solely for entertainment purposes and to participate in Gold Coin Games. Purchasing Gold Coins does not constitute, and shall not be deemed to constitute, payment or consideration for any Sweepstakes entry or for the award of Sweepstake Coins. Any Sweepstake Coins allocated in connection with the purchase of Gold Coins are provided exclusively as a free promotional bonus, have no monetary value, and are not sold or offered for sale under any circumstances.
Sweepstake Coins awarded with a Gold Coin purchase are provided at no additional cost, are not tied to the price of the Gold Coins, and are not conditioned upon the purchase of any product or service as a method of entering a Sweepstakes. The acquisition of Gold Coins will never increase a Participant’s chances of winning a Prize, and all participants, regardless of whether they make a purchase, receive equal treatment and equal odds within each Promotion.
Sweepstake Coins are a virtual promotional currency issued by Sponsor solely for use in participating in sweepstakes-style games offered through the Platform and can be redeemed for Prizes, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules. Sweepstake Coins have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and may only be acquired through free methods authorized by the Sponsor.
Sweepstakes Entry Period. The Sweepstakes as set forth in these Rules begins on the first day of the current month at 12:00:00 a.m. EST and is scheduled to end on the last day of the current month at 11:59:59 p.m. EST, unless otherwise specified in connection with a particular Promotion. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes Each Sweepstakes Entry Period is independent, and any Sweepstake Coins not redeemed during a given Sweepstakes Entry Period shall remain in the Participant’s Account and carry over to the next Sweepstakes Entry Period, subject to the terms of these Rules.
Odds of Winning. Odds of winning virtual coins will vary for each Game and will be published by the Sponsor and visible to all Participants on the Platform. The Sponsor reserves the right to change the Prize win rates and payout odds of any of the Games at any time. A Participant can obtain the actual and any amended details of any Game at the point of entering an amount to play in the Game. It is a Participant’s responsibility to check the Prize available on each occasion before they participate. The odds of winning a Prize in any Promotion depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries (Sweepstake Coins) received during the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period. Each eligible Sweepstake Coin constitutes one (1) Sweepstakes entry. No purchase, payment, or gameplay involving Gold Coins will increase the odds of winning a Prize. For Sweepstakes Games that use fixed-probability RNG mechanics, the odds of obtaining additional Sweepstake Coins through gameplay are determined by the mathematical probability tables associated with each Game and are the same for all Participants. These probabilities are published within each Game’s paytable. Participants who submit mail-in requests (AMOE) will receive the same number of Sweepstakes entries and will have the exact same odds of winning as Participants who obtain Sweepstake Coins through other free methods. All methods of entry carry equal dignity and equal chance of winning.
Participants are strictly prohibited from purchasing Sweepstake Coins, and Sweepstake Coins shall not be offered for sale under any circumstances.
Sweepstake Coins may be obtained solely through the following free and lawful methods, all of which carry equal dignity and provide the same odds of winning:

As a complimentary promotional bonus granted upon the purchase of eligible Gold Coins. Gold Coins are for entertainment purposes only and are not eligible for Prize redemption. At the time of purchase on the Website, the Platform's web interface will clearly disclose the amount of free Sweepstake Coins awarded in connection with the transaction. All Gold Coin purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible.
As a discretionary daily bonus that the Sponsor may award upon logging into the Account. The availability, amount, frequency, and continuation of any such bonus are determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
From time to time, as a discretionary “mystery bonus” awarded upon logging into the Account, subject to availability and any conditions specified by the Sponsor.
As a reward for registering an Account to use the Service.
As a reward for a specified number of consecutive days of play.
By inviting others via a personal referral link. There is a limit on the number of invitations that may be extended in any 24 (twenty-four) hour period.
Mail-in request to obtain Sweepstake Coins (Alternative Method of Entry).

An Authorized Account Holder may obtain Sweepstake Coins via Mail-in request (Alternative Method of Entry) in accordance with the requirements set forth below:

The Participant may access the Unique Postal Request Code on the Platform and generate a code via the designated code generation function. Each code is valid for one (1) mail-in request only and expires 30 (thirty) days from the date of generation. In order for a mail-in request to be processed and deemed valid, it must contain a valid, unexpired Unique Postal Request Code. A Unique Postal Request Code may only be used once and only by the Authorized Account Holder whose Account was used to generate the code. Requests containing an expired, missing, or invalid Unique Postal Request Code at the time of processing shall be void.
To request Sweepstake Coins, an Authorized Account Holder must send a Mail-in Request Card on a plain white sheet of letter-size paper, unfolded, blank, and unlined, enclosed in a standard, white, unfolded, unlined #10 envelope.
The envelope must be handwritten on the front and addressed to the designated address:

The Authorized Account Holder must handwrite their return address on the front of the envelope and the words “Mail-in request to obtain Sweepstake Entry.”
To request Sweepstake Coins, the Authorized Account Holder must handwrite all of the following on only one side of the Mail-in Request Card, on a plain white sheet of paper. All required information must be written in one color of ink (black ink is recommended). The use of multiple ink colors will result in the Mail-in Request Card being deemed void. In the top right corner:

the full name as displayed on the Authorized Account Holder’s government-issued identification;
the e-mail address registered to the Account;
the return address registered to the Account;
the User ID registered to the Account;
the date of birth as displayed on government-issued identification;
the Unique Postal Request Code – to claim your code follow the instructions via the link https://app.playsiesta.com/amoe;

and the following statement:

“I am requesting free Sweepstake Coins to participate in the Promotion. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Rules and Legal Documentation, and that all information provided is true and accurate.”

sign the Mail-in Request Card; and
clearly write the date of signature in MM/DD/YYYY format.

Handwriting must be legible. The legibility of a Participant’s handwriting shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any Mail-in Request Card deemed illegible shall be considered void.
The request must be mailed from the same state or province as the return address registered to the Authorized Account Holder’s Account.
There is no limit to the number of requests that may be made; however, each request must be limited to one (1) Mail-in Request Card per envelope.
The request must be submitted exclusively by the Authorized Account Holder. The name provided on the Mail-in Request Card must exactly match the name associated with the Participant’s Account. If the name appearing on the Mail-in Request Card differs from the name registered to the Participant’s Account, the request shall be deemed invalid, and the Participant will be required to submit a formal request to update the name associated with their Account before a valid request may be processed.
Tampering with the mail-in request process or the operation of the Platform, including but not limited to the use of any device or service to automate the entry process, to circumvent or unfairly assist the Participant with meeting the handwritten requirement, or to outsource the preparation of Mail-in Request Cards, is prohibited. Any Mail-in Request Card deemed by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner shall be void. Any Participant found to have engaged in such conduct may be disqualified, and their Account may be suspended or terminated.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the Participant who actually submitted a Mail-in Request Card, or whether a request satisfies the requirements set forth in this Section, and such dispute cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected request shall be deemed ineligible.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected mail-in requests or allocations.
Subject to fulfillment of all applicable compliance requirements and checks in accordance with the Documentation and applicable regulations, 2 (two) Sweepstake Coins per valid mail-in request shall be credited to the Participant’s Account within 15 (fifteen) business days of receipt of a valid mail-in request.
For the avoidance of doubt, the processing period shall commence only upon receipt of a request that satisfies all requirements specified in this Section. Incomplete, invalid, or non-compliant requests shall not be processed and shall not trigger the commencement of the processing period. The Sponsor shall not be liable for any delays attributable to postal service delivery times or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Sponsor reserves the right to amend or modify the mail-in request process at any time. In the event of any amendment to this Section, the Sponsor will allow a reasonable grace period for Mail-in Request Cards already in transit. Mail-in Request Cards with a postmark date prior to the effective date of any such amendment shall be governed by the version of these Rules in effect at the time of mailing. All dates may be cross-referenced to the date written on the Mail-in Request Card and the postmark. If it is determined that the Participant has tampered with the date written on the Mail-in Request Card or with the postmark, the request shall be disqualified.
Void Where Prohibited. This Promotion, including all methods of entry and Prize redemption, is void where prohibited or restricted by federal, state, local, or provincial law or regulation. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to determine whether their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. Any entries, claims, or Prize redemptions originating from jurisdictions where this Promotion is prohibited or restricted shall be deemed invalid and shall not be honored. The Sponsor reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or exclude participation from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion and at any time, with or without prior notice, in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Any attempt to purchase, sell, transfer, trade, or otherwise obtain Sweepstake Coins in exchange for monetary payment or any other form of consideration, whether directly, indirectly, or through any third party, shall be deemed void and without effect. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to impose remedial measures for any such prohibited conduct, including but not limited to suspension or termination of the Account, disqualification from Promotions, forfeiture of Prizes, and any additional actions deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Service.
The quantities of Gold Coins and Sweepstake Coins available to a Participant at any given time will be displayed within the Participant’s Account on the Website. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to adjust, modify, or otherwise amend the allocation or display of Gold Coins and/or Sweepstake Coins in accordance with these Rules, the Terms and Conditions, and the Documentation.
All Sweepstake Coins awarded through free methods possess the same probability of winning the Prize. Sweepstake Coins cannot be purchased and have no monetary or cash value. Neither Sweepstake Coins nor Gold Coins may be sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, traded, sublicensed, or otherwise conveyed, whether for monetary consideration or any other item of value. Sweepstake Coins acquired through any of the methods described in these Rules are not redeemable or exchangeable for goods, services, cash, or any item of value except as expressly permitted for Prize redemption in accordance with these Rules and the Documentation. Only Sweepstake Coins that have been won through gameplay in a Promotion (rather than collected using one of the free methods described in these Rules) and accumulated by a Participant may be redeemed for a Prize, subject to the applicable Playthrough Requirements, minimum and maximum redemption amounts, and all other conditions set forth in these Rules.
You acknowledge and agree that Sweepstake Coins awarded in connection with the purchase of Gold Coins, or obtained through any other permitted method, constitute intangible, valueless digital promotional items provided solely as part of, and incidental to, Sponsor’s marketing and promotional activities, including but not limited to your participation in Gold Coin Games.
The use of any automated means, scripts, bots, macros, algorithms, or other systems, tools, or devices, whether technological, mechanical, or otherwise, to acquire Gold Coins or Sweepstake Coins, to participate in Games, or to enter Promotions is strictly prohibited. The creation or maintenance of multiple Accounts by a single individual, the transfer of an Account (or any items associated with an Account) to any other person or entity, and the sharing of an Account with any other individual or entity are likewise strictly prohibited. Any such prohibited conduct will result in immediate disqualification, voiding of Entries, forfeiture of Sweepstake Coins, and loss of eligibility to participate in current or future Games and/or Promotions.
Sponsor further reserves the right to forfeit any Gold Coins and/or Sweepstake Coins associated with a Participant’s Account if the Account is suspended, deactivated, or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Rules and/or the Terms and Conditions.
Sweepstake Coins not played for 120 days following placement into your Account may be deemed forfeited at our sole discretion. Sweepstake Coins and/or Gold Coins may be forfeited if a User’s Account is terminated for any reason, including, without limitation, violation of these Rules and/or our Terms and Conditions.
Sponsor may require any Participant to execute and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, together with a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law), as a condition of claiming or receiving Sweepstake Coins or Prizes. The ability to redeem Sweepstake Coins or claim any Prize may be forfeited if: (a) the Participant cannot be contacted by the Sponsor using the contact information associated with the Participant’s Account; (b) the Participant fails to participate in or complete any verification process required by the Sponsor, including any KYC or identity-verification procedures; (c) the Participant fails to properly execute and return any required affidavit, declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, or other documentation within the time period specified by the Sponsor; (d) the Participant fails to comply with these Rules, the Terms and Conditions, or the Documentation; or (e) any Prize notification or correspondence is returned as undeliverable. In the event that a Participant is disqualified or ruled ineligible for any reason, any associated Sweepstake Coins and/or Prizes shall be deemed forfeited.
In the event that the Sponsor receives any chargeback, dispute, claim, reversal, return, inquiry, or similar notification from any financial institution, Payment Provider, card network, or payment intermediary in connection with any purchase or transaction associated with a Participant’s Account, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

immediately forfeit any and all Sweepstake Coins held in or associated with the Participant’s Account;
void any pending or unprocessed Prize redemption requests;
reverse any Prizes previously issued in connection with the Participant’s Account;
disqualify the Participant from all current and future Promotions; and
suspend, restrict, or permanently close the Participant’s Account in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

GAMES AND PLAYTHROUGH REQUIREMENTS

Participants may use Sweepstake Coins to enter Promotions.
Only Eligible Participants are entitled to enter Promotions.
Promotions give Eligible Participants the chance to win additional Sweepstake Coins. Only Promotions played with Sweepstake Coins provide the opportunity to win additional Sweepstake Coins that may be redeemed for Prizes subject to these Rules.
Each Promotion will set out the potential Prizes eligible to be won.
For purposes of redemption only, 1 (one) Sweepstake Coin will be redeemable for 1 (one) $ dollar in Prize.
We reserve the right to place Playthrough Requirements on any Sweepstake Coins provided by us to Participants, including, but not limited to, Sweepstake Coins provided in the following circumstances:

Registration for our Website;
Connecting a Facebook account to our Website;
Daily entitlement;
Mail-in request;
Referring new Users to our Website;
Marketing and/or promotional purposes.

For any or no reason:

The Playthrough Requirements may vary and can be imposed and modified at our sole discretion.
Entry into each eligible Promotion will count towards meeting the Playthrough Requirement if a Playthrough Requirement has been imposed by us on certain Sweepstake Coins.
Users may not claim or receive any Sweepstake Coins or Prizes for which a Participant is ineligible. We reserve the right to retrospectively void any Sweepstake Coins or Prizes for any or no reason.
Before any Prizes are processed, we will review the play of a Participant for any irregular playing patterns. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, which activities constitute “irregular play” from time to time and to withhold any withdrawals where irregular play has occurred to meet Playthrough Requirements.
In the event we believe a Participant has abused or has attempted to abuse Sweepstake Coins, we may, at our sole discretion, deny, withhold, or withdraw from you any Sweepstake Coins, or rescind any policy either temporarily or permanently, or terminate your access to our Website and/or terminate your Account. In such circumstances, we shall be under no obligation to refund to you any Sweepstake Coins or purchases made via your Account.
At any point, a Participant may decide to forfeit all, or a portion of, their Sweepstake Coins. Forfeiture of Sweepstake Coins may result in the loss of any remaining Sweepstake Coins and any Prize(s). Forfeitures are non-reversible, and no exceptions will be made.
All decisions made by us as to the administration and operation of the Promotions, Games, and winnings are final and binding.
Unless otherwise required by us, any Sweepstake Coins collected by a Participant must be played at least one time in a Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, only Sweepstake Coins actually won through gameplay in a Promotion (rather than collected using one of the free methods described in these Rules) are eligible for redemption for real Prizes. Sweepstake Coins that are collected but not won through gameplay may only be used to enter Promotions and do not themselves become redeemable. We may, in our sole discretion, require that any Sweepstake Coins be subject to a Playthrough Requirement before becoming eligible for redemption towards real Prizes.
The odds of winning each Promotion can be found within the game rules associated with such Promotions. A purchase will not increase any Participant’s chance of winning any Promotion. We reserve the right to modify, alter, or change the rules, regulations, and prize amounts of any Promotion at any time in our sole discretion. Participants can view the actual and any amended details by clicking on the pay table button in each game. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to check the Prize win rate each time before they participate. In the event of modifying a Promotion, a User’s continued participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

PRIZES

The right to receive or redeem a Prize is personal and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, or otherwise conveyed to any other individual or entity under any circumstances.
Participants redeeming Prizes for cash within the United States will receive payment in U.S. Dollars. All Prize redemptions shall be processed exclusively through a third-party Payment Provider authorized by Sponsor. Completion of any redemption may be subject to the Payment Provider’s independent terms and conditions, identity-verification procedures, transaction limits, and any other applicable operational or regulatory requirements. Sponsor is not responsible for any delays, restrictions, or issues arising from the Participant’s use of the Payment Provider or failure to comply with the Payment Provider’s requirements.
You must accumulate a minimum of 100 (one hundred) eligible Sweepstake Coins eligible to be redeemed in order to submit a request for a cash prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to increase or decrease this minimum threshold at any time without prior notice.
Participants have the option to redeem a minimum of 100 (one hundred) eligible Sweepstake Coins per day. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to increase or decrease this minimum redemption amount at any time without prior notice.
The Prize is subject to availability. In the event that the advertised Prize cannot be awarded for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with another item of comparable or greater retail value. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of any Prize is permitted except as expressly allowed by the Sponsor, and any permitted substitution shall be final and binding. The Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to issue a refund of applicable purchases in lieu of processing a Prize redemption, including in circumstances where a substitution is impracticable, unavailable, or otherwise not feasible.
All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the acceptance, receipt, ownership, or use of a Prize that are not expressly stated in these Rules as being provided by the Sponsor are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
You acknowledge and agree that, in certain circumstances, processing of a Prize redemption may take up to 10 (ten) days.
Redemption of Prizes may be subject to additional delays arising from Sponsor’s identity-verification procedures and other compliance requirements. Prizes with a value of $100 (one hundred) USD or more may require extended processing times due to KYC, AML, identity-verification, geolocation, or other compliance checks conducted by the Sponsor or its authorized third-party service providers, and such Prizes may be issued in more than one equivalent lump-sum payment. While Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to process Prize redemptions within the estimated timeframes provided, all processing times are approximate and not guaranteed. Sponsor shall not be liable for any delay in the processing or delivery of any Prize.
Each Participant who redeems Sweepstake Coins for a Prize is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes arising from the receipt or use of any Prize. Where the aggregate value of Prizes awarded to a single Participant in a calendar year equals or exceeds the applicable federal reporting threshold of $2,000 (two thousand) USD, the Sponsor is required to report such redemptions to the Internal Revenue Service and to issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to the Participant. Each Participant agrees to provide the Sponsor, upon request, with a valid Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, and to complete IRS Form W-9 or such other tax documentation as the Sponsor may require. Failure to provide valid tax identification information may result in backup withholding at the applicable statutory rate being deducted from Prize amounts prior to disbursement. Prize processing will not be completed until all required tax documentation has been submitted and verified. Participants are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual tax obligations
Sponsor will process no more than one Prize redemption request per Account within any 48 (forty-eight) hour period. Submission of a redemption request will not, in itself, restrict your ability to access or use the Sponsor; however, Sponsor reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or otherwise restrict your access to or use of the Platform, including in connection with verification procedures, compliance reviews, security checks, or any suspected violation of these Rules or the Documentation.
All winners will be notified by a message and/or by email associated with their Account.
Potential winners must comply in all respects with these Rules and the Terms and Conditions. Eligibility to redeem any Prize is contingent upon verification that the Participant is an Eligible Participant and that the Participant’s personal information precisely corresponds to the details associated with the Participant’s Account. Sponsor’s determinations regarding verification of eligibility, identity, and compliance shall be final, conclusive, and binding.
We process Prize redemption requests in the order of their receipt, striving to process requests as promptly as possible.
If you elect to redeem a Prize for cash, it is solely your responsibility to ensure that your designated financial institution is able and willing to receive payments from us into your bank account. Sponsor has no obligation to determine, confirm, or verify whether your financial institution accepts such payments. Sponsor shall bear no responsibility or liability for any refusal, rejection, or failure by your financial institution to process or accept payments issued by us. You are solely responsible for maintaining accurate, complete, and current bank account and payment information in connection with your Account. Sponsor disclaims all liability arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you.
You acknowledge and agree that Prize payments may be subject to delays arising from Sponsor’s identity verification procedures, including any additional checks required to confirm eligibility and compliance. Certain payment methods may require supplemental verification or documentation at the time of redemption, and processing of your Prize will not commence until all such requirements have been fully satisfied.
Sponsor may, at any time and in its sole discretion, conduct supplementary verification procedures in accordance with its internal anti-fraud, compliance, and risk-management policies. Completion of such procedures may be required before any Prize is processed or awarded.
Examples of verification documents we may request include, but are not limited to:

Proof of income;
Copy of photo identification, such as a passport or driver’s license;
Documents showing proof of residence, such as a utility statement;
Proof of ownership for any payment method used to deposit or withdraw funds, such as a payslip or bank statement.

Until all requested verification documents are provided by the User to our satisfaction:

Any request a User has made for redemption of Prizes will remain pending and/or may be refused; and
We reserve the right to restrict your Account in any manner that we may reasonably deem appropriate pending the outcome of any verification process, including by suspending or closing your Account.

The ability to redeem Sweepstake Coins won from participation in a Promotion may be forfeited if a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to comply with our verification requests within the required time period, fails to comply with these Rules or Terms and Conditions, or if the Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable. In the event that a potential winner of a Promotion is disqualified or ruled ineligible for any reason, such Prize shall be deemed forfeited.
In Florida, the maximum retail value of a prize won in a Promotion is $4,999 (four thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine) USD ("Maximum Redemption"). The Platform does not allocate, award, or redeem any prize valued in excess of the Maximum Redemption within the state. Any requested redemption in excess of the Maximum Redemption will not be paid to the Participant.
Sponsor reserves the right to limit the value of any prize redemptions to $500 (five hundred) USD per calendar day and $5,000 (five thousand) USD per calendar month. These limits may be further adjusted based on the outcome of KYC, AML, identity-verification, geolocation, or other compliance checks conducted by the Sponsor or its authorized third-party service providers. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, impose lower redemption limits, or suspend Prize redemptions entirely, pending the satisfactory completion of any such verification or compliance procedures. Sponsor is entitled, at its sole discretion, to amend these limits at any time without prior notice.
Notwithstanding any other provision of these Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or refuse any Prize redemption, and to offset any amounts owed by the Participant to the Sponsor against any pending or future Prize redemptions, where the Participant’s Account is subject to any chargeback, dispute, claim, negative balance, or compliance investigation. No Prize redemption shall be processed while any such matter remains unresolved.
Any taxes, duties, charges, or fees arising from or associated with the redemption, receipt, or use of any Prize are the sole responsibility of the Participant. Participants are exclusively responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all applicable taxes and fees related to any Prize, in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction. Sponsor assumes no liability for any tax obligations incurred by Participants.
The Sponsor disclaims all responsibility and liability for any foreign exchange fees, transaction charges, conversion costs, or other expenses incurred by Participants in connection with the redemption, receipt, or processing of any Prize. All such fees and costs are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
Sweepstake Coins are strictly non-transferable. Participants may not sell, assign, gift, trade, or otherwise offer Sweepstake Coins to any third party, nor may they obtain Sweepstake Coins from any person or entity other than the Sponsor through the authorized methods described in these Rules and the Documentation. Sponsor further reserves the right, at any time and for any reason arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to substitute any listed Prize with another Prize of equal or greater value. Any such substitution shall be final and shall not entitle the Participant to any additional compensation or remedy.
If, at any time, Sweepstake Coins are mistakenly credited to your Account, whether as the result of a technical malfunction, human error, or any other cause, such Sweepstake Coins shall remain the sole property of the Sponsor and will be removed or deducted from your Account. If you have received a Prize in error, the value of the mistakenly issued Prize shall, without prejudice to any other rights, remedies, or legal actions available to the Sponsor, constitute a debt owed by you to the Sponsor. In the event of any incorrect crediting, you are obligated to promptly notify Customer Support at [XXX]. The Sponsor reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to deduct Sweepstake Coins from your Account, reverse transactions, recover erroneously issued Prizes, or otherwise adjust or correct your Account balance to remedy any error.
It is your sole responsibility to retain copies of all transaction records, correspondence, and the current version of these Official Rules, as amended from time to time.

JURISDICTIONAL WITHDRAWAL AND WIND-DOWN

Sponsor’s Unilateral Right. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to add any jurisdiction to the list of Excluded Jurisdictions, or to suspend, restrict, or terminate the availability of any Promotion, the redemption of any Sweepstake Coins, or the mail-in request process in any jurisdiction, at any time, with or without prior notice, and for any reason or no reason. The exercise of this right is not, and shall not be construed as, an admission or concession by the Sponsor that the operation of the Platform, any Promotion, or any prior activity was unlawful in, or ever operated unlawfully within, any such jurisdiction.
Effect of Withdrawal on Sweepstake Coins. Effective as of the date specified by the Sponsor (the “Withdrawal Effective Date”), Accounts of Users located in, or resident of, the affected jurisdiction shall be suspended from further participation in any Promotion and from submission of any further Mail-in Request Cards. Sweepstake Coins held in such Accounts shall be treated as follows: (i) Sweepstake Coins that have not satisfied the minimum redemption threshold, applicable Playthrough Requirements, and all other conditions to redemption as of the Withdrawal Effective Date shall be forfeited without compensation; (ii) Sweepstake Coins that have satisfied the minimum redemption threshold, applicable Playthrough Requirements, and all other conditions to redemption as of the Withdrawal Effective Date shall remain eligible for submission of a redemption request for a period of thirty (30) calendar days following the Withdrawal Effective Date (the “Redemption Wind-Down Period”), subject to completion of all applicable Know Your Customer, anti-money-laundering, sanctions-screening, and other verification procedures within such period, and any Sweepstake Coins for which no valid redemption request has been received and verified during the Redemption Wind-Down Period shall be forfeited upon its expiry; and (iii) notwithstanding clauses (i) and (ii), no redemption and no Redemption Wind-Down Period shall apply, and all Sweepstake Coins held in affected Accounts shall be forfeited in full without any cash redemption or other compensation, where the redemption of Sweepstake Coins or the payment of any Prize in, from, or to the affected jurisdiction would, in the Sponsor’s reasonable determination, be prohibited, restricted, or otherwise impermissible under applicable law, regulation, or order of any governmental authority, or would expose the Sponsor to material regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
Mail-in Requests from Withdrawn Jurisdictions. Any Mail-in Request Card with a return address registered in, postmarked from, or otherwise originating in a jurisdiction that is an Excluded Jurisdiction as of the date of receipt by the Sponsor shall be deemed void and shall not be processed, regardless of the date of generation of the Unique Postal Request Code. The Sponsor shall have no obligation to return any such void mail-in request.
Gold Coin Purchases. Gold Coin purchases are governed by the Terms and Conditions. No refund, credit, or other compensation shall be available in respect of Gold Coin purchases made by affected Users, except to the extent (if any) expressly provided in the Terms and Conditions; any such accommodation is at the Company’s sole discretion and without obligation.
Releases. Each affected Participant acknowledges and irrevocably agrees that (i) the Sponsor shall have no liability for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-opportunity damages, lost profits, loss of Sweepstake Coins, loss of Prize eligibility, or any other loss or damage arising from or relating to any Withdrawal; (ii) any action taken by the Sponsor to comply with any applicable law or direction of any governmental authority, Payment Provider, or other third party shall not constitute a breach of these Rules and shall give rise to no claim or liability against the Sponsor; and (iii) this Section shall survive termination of these Rules and the Participant’s Account for any reason.

VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION

All Prizes are subject to verification by the Sponsor. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Promotions, eligibility, Prize redemption, and verification shall be final, conclusive, and binding.
No Prize shall be deemed won, awarded, or redeemable unless and until:

the Participant has been verified as an Eligible Participant;
the underlying win has been validated;
the Participant has fully complied with these Rules and the Documentation; and
the Sponsor has issued formal notification that verification is complete.

Sponsor retains sole discretion to determine what constitutes satisfactory evidence of a win. Sponsor may void, refuse to award, or rescind any Prize that it determines, in its sole discretion, to have resulted from error, software or technical malfunction, system irregularity, or any form of fraud, manipulation, or prohibited conduct.
Know Your Customer (KYC). In order to comply with Sponsor policies, anti-fraud procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including, without limitation, identity verification, age verification, anti-money-laundering (AML) controls, and sanctions screening, You may be required to successfully complete certain Know Your Customer (KYC) processes before becoming eligible to claim any free reward. Such verification measures may include the submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, payment-method confirmation, or any additional documentation reasonably requested by the Sponsor to authenticate your identity, confirm your eligibility, and ensure the integrity of the Promotion.

Failure to complete the required KYC procedures to Sponsor’s satisfaction may result in delays, suspension of your eligibility to receive rewards, or denial of your claim altogether. The Sponsor reserves the right to conduct ongoing or supplemental verification at any time, at its sole discretion.

The verification process may require submission of documentation, completion of KYC procedures, and legal review, and may take up to one (1) month from the date all required information is received. Sponsor disclaims all responsibility and liability for any delays in Prize processing or payout arising from verification requirements or other operational factors. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor reserves the right to extend any applicable verification or processing period as reasonably necessary to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
The award of any Prize is expressly conditioned upon the Participant’s full compliance with these Rules, the Terms and Conditions, and all other applicable requirements. A Participant shall not be deemed a winner, nor entitled to redeem any Prize, until all such obligations have been satisfied to Sponsor’s sole satisfaction.
Sponsor may require any potential Prize winner to execute and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, together with a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law), as a condition of claiming or receiving a Prize. Failure to timely execute and return any required documentation may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize. Failure to timely and properly execute and return any Affidavit, or to comply with any related verification request, shall constitute automatic disqualification and forfeiture of all Sweepstake Coins and Prizes associated with the Participant’s Account, without further notice and without any obligation to provide compensation. The Sponsor’s right to require an Affidavit is cumulative of, and not in lieu of, any other verification, KYC, AML, geolocation, or compliance requirement set forth in these Rules or the Documentation.
Your access to and use of the Platform will generally remain available during the course of any verification process; however, Sponsor reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or otherwise restrict your access to or use of the Platform, including as necessary to complete verification procedures, address security or compliance concerns, or ensure adherence to these Rules and the Documentation.

ENTRY CONDITIONS, RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION

By participating in the Promotions, each Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by:

The Legal Documentation;
The Rules;
All decisions made by us are binding and final.
All applicable laws and regulations.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close your Account at any time and for any reason. In the event your Account is closed, Sponsor shall have no obligation to redeem any Sweepstake Coins associated with the Account, and any such Sweepstake Coins may be forfeited. Sponsor may also, in its sole discretion, limit, restrict, or deny the redemption of Sweepstake Coins at any time, including in circumstances involving suspected fraud, misuse, or non-compliance with these Rules or the Documentation.
Your participation in any Promotion and/or your acceptance or use of any Prize constitutes your agreement to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and all of its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent entities, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertisers, and agencies (collectively, the “Released and Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind whatsoever, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or relating to your participation in the Promotion, your use of the Service, your receipt or use of any Prize, or any activities associated with obtaining, earning, playing, winning, or redeeming Sweepstake Coins.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released and Indemnified Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

your use or misuse of the Service;
your participation in any Promotion;
your acquisition, use, or redemption of Sweepstake Coins; or
any violation by you of these Rules, the Terms and Conditions, or any applicable law or regulation.

If your Account is suspended, closed, or otherwise terminated by the Sponsor for any reason, you are permanently prohibited from registering, opening, or attempting to register or open a new Account on the Platform. Any Account created in violation of this prohibition may be immediately closed, and any Sweepstake Coins, Gold Coins, or Prizes associated with such Account may be forfeited without notice.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction, the Released and Indemnified Parties shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive — arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotions, regardless of the cause. Without limiting the foregoing, the Released and Indemnified Parties are not responsible or liable for:

Incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by a Participant, printing or typographical errors, human error, unauthorized intervention, or by any of the equipment, systems, algorithms, software, or programming associated with or used in connection with the Promotions or the Sponsor;
Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to failures, malfunctions, interruptions, delays, or disconnections involving computers, servers, providers, telephone or mobile networks, internet service, software, hardware, or any other technical components required for participation in the Promotions;
Unauthorized human intervention, tampering, hacking, cheating, exploitation of bugs, manipulation of software, use of automated tools or bots, or interference in any part of the entry process, Prize redemption process, or the operation or administration of the Promotions;
Errors of any kind, whether technical, mechanical, electronic, network-related, algorithmic, or human, which may occur in the printing, processing, administration, verification, or awarding of Sweepstake Coins or Prizes, or in the operation of the Platform or Promotion-related communications;
Injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to bodily injury, emotional distress, economic loss, or data loss, whether directly or indirectly caused, in whole or in part, by participation in the Promotions, use or misuse of the Platform, or the acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participants expressly waive any right to seek or recover damages beyond actual, out-of-pocket expenses, and in no event shall the Released and Indemnified Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees, lost profits, punitive damages, or consequential damages.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify any Promotion or these Rules at any time if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, or any other factors, materially impair or otherwise affect the proper functioning, integrity, or operation of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or ban any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotions, the Sponsor, or who otherwise violates these Rules or the Documentation.
Any deliberate attempt to undermine, interfere with, or manipulate the legitimate operation of the Promotions or these Rules may constitute a violation of civil and/or criminal laws. Sponsor reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including legal action and claims for damages, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Rules at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision, nor shall it prevent Sponsor from enforcing such provision thereafter.
These Sweepstakes Rules are effective as of the date indicated at the top of this document (the “Effective Date”) and shall remain in effect unless and until amended or replaced in accordance with their terms. Sponsor may revise these Rules from time to time to reflect changes in its promotions, operational requirements, or applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Unless otherwise stated, any such revisions shall take effect immediately upon being posted on the Website. Your continued participation in any Promotion following the Effective Date of revised Rules constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
Nothing in these Rules shall be construed to create or confer any rights, remedies, or benefits upon any person or entity other than the parties expressly identified herein, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

PRIVACY

Unless prohibited by applicable law, your participation in the Promotions constitutes your express consent for Sponsor and its agents, representatives, licensees, and assigns to use your name, likeness, username, city and state of residence, statements, testimonials, and any other personal information or materials submitted by you for advertising, marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, without further notice, approval, or compensation of any kind.
All personal information collected or processed in connection with the Promotions will be handled, stored, and safeguarded in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to share such information with third-party service providers solely as necessary for the administration of the Promotions and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

GOVERNING LAW

All matters relating to the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotions, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law principles that would cause the laws of any other jurisdiction to apply.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Except where prohibited by applicable law, all Participants agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Promotions, these Rules, or any Prize shall be resolved exclusively in accordance with the dispute-resolution procedures set forth in the Terms and Conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participants acknowledge and agree that damages shall be limited solely to a refund of the actual amount paid, if any, for the purchase of the product or service in connection with which the Sweepstake Coins were awarded. Participants expressly waive any right to seek or recover punitive, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits or damages related to loss of opportunity.
